Strategic Consulting Director, Georgia Institute of Technology
Byron Fitch (B.B.A. ‘06) is an accomplished strategist and community leader with more than 15 years of experience in providing organizational development, employee engagement and strategic planning solutions to Fortune 500, government, health care and nonprofit organizations. He currently serves as strategic consulting director with Georgia Tech, where he advises and partners with the institute’s executive leaders to design and implement strategic priorities, strengthen culture, improve processes and manage change.
Prior to joining Georgia Tech, Fitch worked for Emory University’s Goizueta Business School as well as for the Hackett Group and Gallup Consulting. He is a certified executive coach, certified change management practitioner, certified DiSC workplace facilitator, and a Georgia’s Tech Inclusive Leaders Academy culture champion. He is also a proud INROADS alumnus, board member with the Network for Change and Continuous Innovation (NCCI) and former vice president of Georgia State’s Young Alumni Council (YAC).
