Denise Kennedy (B.A. ’06, M.A. ’14) is driven by a lifelong passion to uncover and support the ways humans communicate with each other. A transformational workforce specialist, Kennedy is a corporate trainer specializing in leadership skills and the utilization of dynamic and effective communication tactics throughout organizations.
Following her education at Georgia State, Kennedy served as an adjunct professor for the university then worked in labor and productivity management for Piedmont Healthcare in Atlanta. Kennedy is the former president of Georgia State’s Young Alumni Council and serves as a member of the university’s Alumni Association Board of Directors. In her more than 15 years as a member and leader of Xi Zeta Epsilon, part of Beta Sigma Phi International, Kennedy helped raise thousands of dollars for local charities.
